Where can I access my files?
SaveIt allows you to access your documents using Desktop or your mobile phone.

Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. The money paid for the previous subscription will be recalculated to the new plan.

Will you renew my subscription automatically?
Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to your pay period.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5% discount for payment per year. There may be other temporary discounts, check for this inside the service.

Do I need to use my credit card when signing up for the free trial?
No. As you sign up with a new account, you don’t need to add your credit card details. You can enjoy SaveIt’s features, risk-free for 7 days.

I didn’t receive a notification e-mail. What do I do?
The first thing to do is to check your Spam folder.

You should receive an email from info@saveit.services.
If you still didn’t receive any emails, please check if the email address you signed up with is able to receive emails. If not, we suggest that you change your email with a different one.

What are the types of content I can post on SaveIT?
Any image that has the following extension (jpg, png, gif). Please also see our Terms of Conditions to see the kind of content that we allow for posting.

Is it possible to upload many files at once?
Not at the moment. But, we’ll keep this feature in mind as we upgrade our system.

Does Saveit lower the resolution of uploaded images?
No. SaveIt uploads the same exact images you put into your storage and does not compress your files.

Is my data protected?
Yes. The files you uploaded on SaveIT is encrypted to the user alone. Otherwise, you shared your account information to anyone else.
